“Infosys Limited, its subsidiaries, associates, and affiliated companies (collectively referred to as “Infosys”, “us”, “we”) are committed to processing your Personal Data in accordance with the privacy laws of your jurisdiction. We hereby notify you the following information about your personal data processing–

1. For all Candidates (except California)

What Personal Data Elements are Collected:
•    Name, Email address, Years of experience, country, category of skill set, Linkedin profile

Purpose of processing Personal Information  
•    To enable candidate to register on the platform
•    To support engagement with candidate in current or future campaigns, newsletters, webinars, job notifications, and career events. 
•    To carry out recruitment related activities. 

Additional purposes for using Personal Information
In addition to the uses set forth above, Infosys may use and share the categories of Personal Information identified:

•    To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requests and obligations (including investigations)
•    To establish or defend legal claims and allegations
•    To seek advice from lawyers, auditors and other professional advisers in even any legal claims and allegations.


Access and Disclosure of Personal Data:
Your Personal Data will be accessible to certain authorized data recipients for the above Processing of Personal data may include but not be limited to the following:
•    Internal recipients within Infosys Ltd., its subsidiaries, or affiliates such as Talent Aquisition, Infosys IT (IS, Computers and Communications Division/TIG), Units/Org Leadership.
•    Infosys authorized service providers or vendors who provide services to Infosys.
•    Government Bodies including statutory, regulatory authorities, law-enforcement agencies (where applicable).
•    Auditors (internal/external) as applicable.
•    Any other parties expressly or impliedly authorized by you for receiving such disclosures.

Your Rights (as per applicable DP Laws):
You are entitled to exercise you rights as per applicable DP Laws by you sending an email to privacy@infosys.com.

Data transfer (International):
•    For Non-EU/EEA/UK candidates: - If necessary, for the above stated purpose, the Personal Data listed above may be transferred to our authorized vendor’s severs located in Europe , to our auditors, where applicable. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure confidentiality and security of the transferred data. Your personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction based on your consent/ DTA/ SCC, where applicable (based on applicable DP Laws). 

•    For EU/EEA, UK candidates: - The Personal Data listed above may be transferred to countries located outside the mentioned jurisdiction, i.e., to our authorized vendor’s severs located in Europe , to our auditors where applicable.We have taken the necessary steps to ensure confidentiality and security of the transferred data. We have in particular implemented the following safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses and the copies can be obtained by writing to privacy@infosys.com.


Data Storage: 
Your personal data will reside on our vendors/ third party service providers’ servers located in Europe.


Data Security:
Infosys adopts reasonable and appropriate security practices and procedures including administrative, physical security, and technical controls in order to safeguard your Personal Data.

Data Retention:
Personal Data will not be retained for a period more than necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Notice unless a longer retention period is required by law or for directly related legitimate business purposes.

Contact your Local Data Protection Authority (as per applicable DP Laws): If you are unhappy with how we safeguard your personal data, you have the right to bring a complaint to your local data protection authority.

We may collect and use the following categories of Personal Information about you to manage your candidature:

Data recipients
Infosys internal teams, authorized platform partners and their authorized cloud service provider, auditors, Government/ Statutory/Law Enforcement authorities, Any other parties expressly or impliedly authorized by you

Data storage
Your data will be processed and stored on our authorized cloud service provider’s servers located within Europe.

No Selling
We do not sell any Personal Information to any third party and the platform provider is also committed to the same principle.

Sharing Personal Information
We may disclose your Personal Information to the platform partner for the above stated business purpose. When we disclose Personal Information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that Personal Information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract. 

Security measures
Appropriate measures will be taken to prevent unauthorized access, unlawful processing, unauthorized or accidental loss or destruction of the Personal Information.

Retention period
Personal Information that is no longer required to be retained as per legal and business requirements will be disposed in a secure manner.

Data subject rights
Candidate is entitled at any time to access and rectify Personal Information, as applicable, as per your jurisdiction. These rights may be exercised by sending us a message to privacy@infosys.com. 

If you want to opt out and do not want Infosys to contact you in future, please send an email to privacy@infosys.com. Emails sent to any other email address may not be considered for honoring the opt-out request.

Changes to our privacy notice
Infosys reserves the right to amend this privacy notice at its discretion any time. When we make changes to this privacy notice, we will post the updated notice on the platform and update the notice’s effective date. Your continued use of Smart Dreamers platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
